Full companion guide: https://open-exam-prep.com/blog/pmp-certification-without-project-management-experience-2026 CAPM requires age 18 or older, a secondary degree or global equivalent, and at least 23 hours of project management education before the exam. An active CAPM satisfies PMP's 35-hour education requirement; it does not replace leadership experience. PMI fees depend on region and membership, so check your final checkout amount.
